Meet Surbhi Vyas

Working in public education as a school counselor really highlighted the demand for mental health support for the young minds of today. I knew that the few minutes I was able to spend with my students simply was not enough and that going into private practice was a much better use of the services I am able to provide. As a proud New Jersey native and first generation South Asian American, I aspire to be a layer of support and a valuable resource for BIPOC clients especially those of South Asian descent to help erase the stigma and taboo around mental health. Mental health is health and we all should have a right to it.
